6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- No Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, returns are not accepted
- No Refunds: Refunds are not provided once the product is delivered
Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). Upon verification, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
